Laboratory officer-2 positions

Laboratory Officer (2 Positions) in 1st BASE Pte Ltd, Singapore Position 1 The ideal candidate will report directly to the Production Manager and will be actively involved in the production of reagents and biochemicals. The candidate will need to oversee the entire production process from purchasing of raw materials to ensuring a seamless workflow. He/she is required to work closely with the Customer Service and Delivery personnel to facilitate order fulfillment and to ensure timely delivery to customers. In addition, the candidate is required to initiate, develop and implement projects to improve workflow efficiency.Requirements:Degree in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Life SciencesDiploma holders with at least 1 ¨C 2 years' working experience are welcomePositive working attitude and strong analytical mindPossess good interpersonal skills and able to work independently in a fast paced environmentEager to learn and willing to take on challengesPhysically fit and energetic positionPosition 2 The ideal candidate will report directly to the Production Manager and will be actively involved in our DNA Sequencing Service. The candidate will need to oversee the entire production process from purchasing of raw materials to ensuring a seamless workflow so as to meet customers¡¯ deadlines. Other day-to-day responsibilities include working with the Service Engineer to maintain equipment so as to minimize downtime and assist Customer Service personnel in troubleshooting for customers.
